Zeallsoft Screen Saver is a legacy, dedicated software tool designed to let you build your own custom multimedia slideshow screensavers using your personal images and background audio.
Unlike modern Windows settings which only allow basic photo slideshows, this utility compiles your assets into a cohesive presentation using transition and masking effects. Phase 1: Installation
Download the Installer: Visit a trusted hosting platform like the TechSpot Zeallsoft Download Page or Softonic to download the application package safely.
Run Setup: Locate the downloaded installation file (usually an .exe file), double-click it, and follow the on-screen wizard prompts.

Zeallsoft operates using an integrated, step-by-step workspace wizard:
Step 1: Add Images – Click the import/add buttons to select your source imagery. The software supports standard formats including BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, PSD, and TIF.
Step 2: Add Music – Choose your background audio files. The software accepts MP3 and WAV formats. You can preview the audio directly inside the wizard.
Step 3: Configure Effects – Apply built-in transition animations and image masking effects to determine how your photos blend from one to the next.
Step 4: Preview & Finalise – Run the built-in preview to check your project. Once you are satisfied, hit the finalise/apply option to set it directly to your PC.
Note: The software applies the theme directly to your system but does not allow standalone compilation export into independent .SCR or .EXE files. Phase 3: Activation and Management on Windows
Because Zeallsoft configures your creation directly into the Windows ecosystem, you can manage its behaviour via native OS settings. For Windows 11 & 10: Open your system Settings (or press Win + I).
Select Personalization from the menu, then click on Lock screen.
Scroll down and click on Screen saver to open the legacy control box.
In the dropdown list, ensure your custom screensaver profile is selected.
Adjust the Wait time to set how many minutes of inactivity must pass before it turns on. Click Apply and then OK.
